I recently stayed at Zen Residential for a short term trip and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and just like home. Despite the cold weather outside, the apartment was warm and welcoming. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the apartment, from the comfortable bed to the perfect water temperature. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and water, and the fully equipped kitchen. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, and the communication with the owner was impeccable. The apartment was also conveniently located near the Mall and had a great view of the city from the balcony. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Zen Residential.

This place is a great relaxing base for exploring the tourist places with bright rooms and a wonderful view.

Convenient location for exploring around. I enjoyed my stay at this place. Everything was great, didn't want to leave! 😊

Being just 50 meters away from Iulius Mall, we had easy access to several shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a cinema for entertainment. It made our stay convenient and enjoyable, especially with young children in tow. Additionally, having the option to request a baby crib and high chair made traveling with our little ones much easier. We also appreciated the fact that we only shared the apartment with our own family, ensuring privacy and comfort during our stay.

My wife says that it would be great if there was a designated play area for children in the apartment.

The location here was amazing, just a 10-15 minute walk from Iulius Mall Cluj, I didn't want to leave.

the vista apartment at zen residential was fantastic. the huge, comfortable bed and the l-shaped balcony with stunning views made our romantic weekend in cluj unforgettable. the fully equipped kitchen and convenient parking added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. we will definitely be returning for a third time!

The location of the apartments is ideal, as it is very close to the airport and just a stone's throw away from the bustling mall. You can easily access the airport and enjoy some shopping without any hassle. the apartment offers a great view from the balcony, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

Some aspects of the apartment were not up to par. the cleanliness could have been improved, as there were some dirty spots, such as a dirty pot and dirt under the bed.
